Is my deposit refundable? +
Yes. Your $3,500 reservation deposit is held in a dedicated escrow account — separate from operating funds — and is fully refundable until the cohort is confirmed on 31 January 2027. Full terms are set out in the Participation Agreement you sign at reservation.
What does the price include — and exclude? +
It includes six nights of premium accommodation, all private ground transport, all curated meals and Conclave dinners, all programming and access, the Cape Coast grounding, your welcome packet, and full photo and video coverage. International airfare, travel insurance (required), and visa fees are excluded.
Who is this for? +
Affluent professionals, founders, and investors in the diaspora who want to engage with Africa as principals — to build relationships and explore real opportunities, not to sightsee. Membership is by application and the cohort is curated for fit.
Is this an investment vehicle? +
No. The Syndicate curates access, relationships, and grounding. Any investments members choose to pursue are their own decisions, made directly with the parties involved and their own advisors.
What happens if the cohort does not fill? +
We make a confirmation decision on 31 January 2027. If the cohort is not confirmed, every deposit is returned in full from escrow — cleanly, because your money was never commingled or spent.
What about safety, health, and visas? +
Ghana is English-speaking and accessible, with on-the-ground security and a dedicated liaison throughout. Travel insurance is required, and proof of yellow-fever vaccination is needed for entry; we provide a visa and preparation concierge after you reserve.
